Packaging for Trade Show Promotions

Promotional trade show packaging falls into two basic categories:

  • Trade show display materials
  • Promotional giveaways

Prime Line Packaging can help with both needs, offering affordable custom printed bags and boxes, product packaging and promotional materials.

Dressing Your Booth

Your trade booth will look instantly professional with coordinated packaging materials. Regardless of your product, your packaging can enhance your image and branding. Custom bags, gift boxes and printed bags and should all be displayed prominently alongside your products. If your product packaging doesn’t communicate your brand fully, you should address this problem long before you attend the next trade show.

When your booth demonstrates cohesiveness and professionalism, the customer is immediately drawn to your products—feeling confident that your products are of the highest quality and superior to less professionally displayed products.

Cover the Trade Show Floor

Handing out promotional bags on the trade show floor is a popular giveaway gimmick. Countless booths will be handing out everything from standard cotton totes to inexpensive vinyl bags, attempting to create walking billboards.

But if you can offer a truly unique bag, with a catchy custom design and the ideal dimensions, your logo and bag will carpet the show floor. Customers will select your bag over all others, creating a flurry of marketing fire. Who knew totes could go viral?

The key is to choose a promotional bag which is equal parts practical and attractive. Consider an oversized bag, so all the marketing collateral and competitor’s bags will fit inside. An extra long strap makes the bag easy to carry over a shoulder, which is crucial on the trade show circuit.

Give extra attention to the style of your bag in order to get a leg up. Oversized PPNW style reusable bags with custom print, an eco tote with a clever handle or a unique fabric with handy pockets can all become the fan favorite of your trade show guests.

Between your booth’s branding and your viral promotional bags, Prime Line Packaging and you can make an impact at your next trade show.

  1. I do not write a comment, but after reading through some of the responses
here Packaging for Trade Show Promotions | Prime Line Packaging Blog.

I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it’s okay. Is it only me or does it look as if like a few of the remarks look like they are written by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are posting at other online sites, I’d like to follow
everything new you have to post. Would you list of all
of your public pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?

  2. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the page layout
of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got
to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it
better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?

    • We’re actually planning a redesign of the website, so hopefully, the blog will be easier to read. We are only putting up a few images per article so it doesn’t distract from the actual content. But if you want to see more images and less text, you should check out our tumblr!

  3. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site. It’s
simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance. I must say that you’ve done a superb job with this.
In addition, the blog loads super fast for me on Firefox.
    Exceptional Blog!

  4. Hi this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have
to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  5. I absolutely love your blog and find almost all of your post’s to be exactly I’m looking for.
can you offer guest writers to write content in your case?
I wouldn’t mind creating a post or elaborating on a number of the subjects you write with regards to here. Again, awesome site!

  6. Hi! Do you use Twitter? I’d like to follow you if that would be okay. I’m absolutely enjoying your blog and look forward
    to new posts.
